Sunday group classes at the Cherrydale VFD - next session starts in January. She is also teaching every Tuesday Night at Fiesta DC at 1327 Connecticut Avenue, NW, WDC, beginners from 8pm to 8:45pm, intermediate from 8:45pm to 9:15pm followed by nonstop dancing to salsa, merengue, bachata, mambo and cha cha cha. Food is excellent! Highly recommend the grilled chicken salad, calamari, quesadillas and empanadas!.

Jeri's New Session of Winter Progressive Salsa Classes Begin at the Cherrydale Firehouse at 3900 Lee Hwy, Arlington, VA on Sunday, January 22nd. Beginner classes from 3 til 4:30pm, intermediate from 4:30 to 6pm. Classes will meet Sunday, January 22nd, 29th, February 5th, 12th, 19th (classes are scheduled from 5pm til 8pm due to Firehouse Fundraiser until 5pm) and February 26th. Next sessions will start Sunday, March 18th and run March 18th, 25th, April 1st (skip the 8th due to Easter Sunday), 15th, 22nd and 29th. The month of May will strictly be drop-ins: Sunday, May 6th, 13th and 20th. Beginners learn beat, basic steps & turns, lead & follow and fun but easy choreographies. Intermdiate students learn hand changes, cross body lead and more complicated choreographies!!! Fun and friendly environment. Beautiful hardwood floors. Cost for all six weeks only $85 per person, $150 per couple. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes preferably with a leather or suede sole that supports your ankles.
